     The Wright Farms Subdivision is located in South Mount Juliet, off of Central Pike just 2.0 miles to Providence Shopping center, 6.7 miles to Long Hunter State Park, 13 miles to the Nashville Airport and 19.9 miles to Downtown Nashville.     We are currently building in our last phase (Phase 6B). The homes in Phase 6B are 4-5 bedroom single-family, 3500+ square feet and sit on half-acre + lots. SPEC- Choose your DREAM HOME from one of our Current Inventory Homes. These homes are move-in ready, All interior and exterior finishes have been selected by the builder.

CUSTOM SPEC- Customize one of our SPEC plans. You choose a plan from our plan library and select the exterior and interior finishes from the builder standard selections.

CUSTOM- Work directly with our Plan Designer to customize a plan for your DREAM HOME. You select the exterior and interior finishes from the builder standard selections.
