     The Silver Springs Subdivision is located in north Mount Juliet, off Benders Ferry Rd, approximately 9.0 miles to Providence Shopping center, 12.8 miles to Long Hunter State Park, 19.2 miles to the Nashville Airport and 26.1 miles to Downtown Nashville. The homes in this community are all brick, with stone and/or hardy accents. 

    We are currently building in Phase 6. The homes in Phase 6 will be 4 bedroom single-family, 2500+ square feet and sit on .16 to .30 acre lots. Finishes will include all brick/masonry exterior, sand-and-finish hardwood flooring, custom all-hardwood cabinets, and custom trim package. Please note, the CUSTOM SPEC and CUSTOM option are not available for the homes in this Phase. All homes being built will be SPEC homes (all finishes will be selected by the Builder).
