Choose from our current inventory of completed homes. Each home has been thoughtfully designed with carefully selected interior and exterior finishes to create a cohesive, professionally designed home that is ready for you to enjoy.

Choose from one of our available floor plans and personalize your home by selecting from our standard builder finish selections. Buyers may choose from available options such as flooring, cabinetry, countertops, paint colors, lighting, tile, and other standard selections offered by the builder.

Build & Personalize is ideal for buyers who want the opportunity to make their home feel uniquely theirs without the additional time, cost, and complexity of a fully custom home.

This option does not include floor plan modifications, structural changes, or products outside of the builder’s standard selections.
