Universal Builders LLC has been building homes in Middle Tennessee for 25+ years. The owner, local to the Wilson County Community, has 40+ years of land development and new home construction experience. Our subdivisions include Wright Farms, The Reserve at Wright Farms, Stonehollow, Silver Springs, Autumn Breeze and Wells Farm.
Home Building Options
SPEC- Choose your DREAM HOME from one of our Current Inventory Homes. These homes are move-in ready, All interior and exterior finishes have been selected by the builder.
CUSTOM SPEC- Customize one of our SPEC plans. You choose a plan from our plan library and select the exterior and interior finishes from the builder standard selections.
CUSTOM- Work directly with our Plan Designer to customize a plan for your DREAM HOME. You select the exterior and interior finishes from the builder standard selections.
